You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the condition of the item depends on the reason for return:

  • For Customer Remorse (Changed mind, wrong size): The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide photos of the issue. We accept returns for these items even if the packaging has been opened.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@purehometech.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label via email that you can download and print.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

We value our customers, which is why we do not charge for returns:

  • Return Shipping Fee: Free ($0.00). We provide a prepaid shipping label for both defective products and customer remorse returns.
  • Restocking Fee: No Cost ($0.00). We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal).

Note: It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
